Ahead of International Mojito Day on 11th July, here's a recipe for the Isle of Barra Distillers Island Dark Rum Mojito Cocktail.

Add mint sprigs to the base of a highball glass.

Pour the ingredients into a glass.

Add crushed ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig.

Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 60ml Island Dark Rum
  • 20ml Sugar syrup (seaweed infused syrup adds an additional layer of depth to the drink)
  • 30ml Lime juice
  • 50ml Soda water
