Aberdeen butcher creates Jagerbomb sausages

Inspired by the growing trend for booze-laced bangers, an Aberdeen butcher has developed its own alcohol-infused treat – a Jagerbomb-flavoured sausage.

There are lots of people who can't do without a sausage roll in the morning – but, if you get yours from Aberdeen-based H & S Milne & Sons, you might get more than you bargained for.

The butcher, inspired by the growing trend for booze-laced bangers, has developed its own alcohol-infused treat – Jagerbomb sausages.

Owner Kenny Milne said he got to work making the Jagerbomb sausage after trainee butcher Daniel Dewars followed up a customer's request.

He said: “There’s been a few butchers in the trade using Buckfast and things like that.

“A young lad came in and suggested, 'why don’t we do Jagerbomb sausages?'”

The sausage is made of Jagermeister, Red Bull and seasoned minced pork.

There is no word on whether a sausage roll-flavoured shot is in the works.
