Lees of Scotland has launched brand new packaging across its best-selling 10 packs of Snowballs and Teacakes which feature the logo of Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS).

The company has been a proud supporter of the much loved children’s charity since launching their partnership last year and a donation from every pack of these new products sold will go straight to the charity.

Clive Miquel, managing director at Lees of Scotland said: “The care and support that CHAS provides to these families when they are going through such a difficult time is second to none.

“We are extremely proud to be able to support such a great cause and the fact that their logo will be displayed across our best-selling products means we are not only helping to raise much needed funds for the charity, but we are also raising awareness of the great work that it does.”

Claire Benjamin, Regional Fundraising Manager at CHAS and Samantha Reilly, Fundraiser at CHAS were joined by Cody Gallacher, 11, and his mum Lindsey at Morrison’s, Auchinlea, to launch the new products which will be rolled out in all major supermarkets and a number of independent retailers across the country.

Claire Benjamin  said: “Lees Snowballs and Teacakes are iconic products in Scotland so to have them supporting CHAS in this way is something we couldn’t be happier about. It means so much to us to have our logo on such a popular and well-known brand in Scotland as the more people we can make aware of CHAS and the work it does the better.”

In addition to launching this new initiative, Lees will also continue to provide both Robin and Rachel House with their products and support CHAS on their fundraising events throughout the year including the annual ladies lunches held in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
