Grazing and Harviestoun Brewery offer new menu with complimentary beer

Award-winning restaurant, Grazing by Mark Greenaway and top Scottish brewery Harviestoun partner to create exciting new menu with complimentary beer pairings to celebrate the easing of lockdown in an offer launched exclusively with The Scotsman.

Grazing by Mark Greenaway and one of Scotland’s top brewers, Harviestoun Brewery, want to encourage people living in Scotland  to celebrate the easing of lockdown with a special offer.

Chef Greenaway has had to redesign the concept of the restaurant, which focused on the concept of communal or shared plates and has announced a return to his fine dining cuisine, delivered in a casual dining environment.

Focusing on the best of Scottish ingredients, the new menu is sure the appeal to both his loyal following and new guests alike. Driven by a similar passion for the best of ingredients Scotland has to offer, Mark has partnered with Harviestoun’s Master Brewer to create a craft beer pairing for the new menu. 

For anyone with a Scottish postcode who makes a reservation at Grazing by Mark Greenaway, up until to August 30th. You can enjoy this complimentary craft beer pairing with the a la carte menu or new 6-course surprise tasting menu.
