TriBeCa has been serving flavours of the Big Apple to residents of Glasgow for 15 years from their Dumbarton Road cafe.

Their Original Brooklyn Pancakes are a customer favourite, topped with icing sugar, maple syrup and butter, and costing £7.95. Meat eaters can add three pieces of bacon, or two links sausages for £1.95.

Nic's NYC Deli

Donuts, waffles and pancakes are all a staple of Nic's NYC Deli on Byres Road in the city's West End.

Their stacks of pancakes are smothered with an array of ingredients, including chocolate sauce, marshmallows and cream.

Roaster's Deli

This American style diner is dominated by their mouthwatering selection of pancakes.

Flavours vary from strawberries and banana to bacon and maple syrup. Alternatively customers can compose their own recipe by mixing and matching three different ingredients of their choice.

Where the Monkey Sleeps

While this snug venue is best known for its sumptuous bagels and sandwiches, the team at Where the Monkey Sleeps also serves up a mean plate of pancakes.

A pile of pancakes smothered in maple syrup and topped with typically delicious bacon comes in at a reasonable £4.10

Avo Avo caused quite a stir when they opened their avocado themed cafe earlier this year.

Pancakes aren't exempt from the avocado treatment.
