Sensory adventurers Jelly and Gin have teamed up with Haig club to create an immersive experience that aims to provide whisky fans with an unforgettable journey into the world of sensory perception and whisky cocktails.
Guests will be invited to take a journey through different multi-sensory settings and drink cocktails, each designed to match the different environments. Using sound, light, small locally sourced edible items, aroma and other environmental factors guests will be transported from mountain top to a roaring fire, with an unexpected final destination.
Drawing on their backgrounds in theatre, advertising, user engagement and social research Jelly and Gin Event Director, Aoife Behan and Creative Director, Carol Soutar, bring ideas and brands to life through communal food and drink experiences.
Create:Eat:Whisky will take place at Gayfield Creative Spaces between the 14th and 17th of May.
