On Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June Helen will take over the pastry kitchen to demonstrate the talents that led her to victory in the show, and in the award-winning kitchen at Number 16 Byres Road in Glasgow's west end.
Diners will be able to enjoy some of Helen's creations, which include coconut panna cotta, choux profiterole with vanilla namelaka, cassis macaron, and raspberry sacher torte as part of Gleneagles usual afternoon tea, which is served daily from 12.30-3.30pm and is priced from £40.
Gleneagles has been serving afternoon tea since it opened in 1924, and now guests can look forward to enjoying not only the cakes but the recently refurbished surroundings of the grand Glendevon Room.
