Lee has years of experience under his belt having worked for some big hitters in his time; Ritz London, Gordon Ramsay, Galvin Bistrot de Luxe.
He has been an invaluable Sous and Pastry Chef at the Whitehouse Restaurant for six years. He is a perfectionist and passionate about the ingredients he uses which is shown in the fantastic quality of his pastry and puddings.
