Ross Stovold
Ross Stovold has built up an impressive range of experience most recently as head chef at the Michelin Star restaurant Alimentum in Cambridge. At Isle of Eriska, Ross' focus is the produce that the west coast of Scotland has to offer. Salad, herbs and mushrooms from the restaurant’s own gardens, jellies and chutneys made from Eriska's own berries, fish from the local fishermen, meat from the local butcher and game from the surrounding estates. He is also passionate about bringing a training and development ethos to the kitchen by employing four apprentices in his team alongside a strong top level chef, leaving him time to train and work with the juniors in an endeavor to grow our own chefs of the future.
