Manuel Giacometti
Manuel, head chef at La Favorita Delivered, is a fan of all things baked including this pasta dish which is finished in La Fav’s famous log-fired pizza ovens. To say he is passionate about pizza and Italian cuisine is a huge understatement. Manuel is a trained chef as well as pizzaiolo, following tutorship at a pizza academy in Italy. He loves traditional Naples style pizza and credits a lot of his skill to growing up and working on the North West Coast of Italy (Sanremo) with his father, a fellow pizza chef.
