Can a pairing possibly get more perfect than fresh Loch Fyne Oysters and fizz? Visit the Cocktail Lounge at the festival to create this match made in heaven! And with ‘fizz on tap’ you are bound to keep going back for more.

Perhaps a slight cliche but who doesn’t love a refreshing lager to wash down flavour-packed Indian food? Brewgooder’s ‘drink beer, give water’ initiative is excellent and their beers will go well with a Babu Bombay Chicken Kadai Curry Box.

Wild Fig and Jindea Single Estate Tea Gin

Grab yourself a Jindea Gin cocktail from the 10 Dollar Shake bar, order up a Crisp Fried Spiced Scottish Haddock Flatbread from the Wild Fig stand and you will not be disappointed! Jindea Gin is brand new to the market and is one you do not want to miss.

Out of Town Brewing and Street Food Putter Club

The perfect burger and beer combo, we reckon Out of Town’s North East Coast IPA jam packed with hops will pair perfectly with Street Food Putter Club’s Bun Hogan with Bacon Jam - meaty, juicy awesomeness!

Reekie’s Smokehouse and Thistly Cross Cider

The specially brewed (for the festival) Farmhouse Festival Cider from Thistly is the perfect summertime tipple to partner up with some Smoked Haggis, Hot Toddie Jalapenos, and Buckie Broon Sauce from Reekie’s. With so many local ingredients used in each, you will have found yourself the very meaning of a Scottish feast!

Aelder and Stacy Hannah Chocolates

In need of an indulgent dessert after all these pairings? Then be sure to pick up a Aelder Negroni made with delicious Wild Elderberry Elixir, and match with a bite-sized masterpiece from Glasgow artisan chocolatier extraordinaire, Stacy Hannah.
