Brew a cup of the eteaket Isle of Harris Gin Tea and set aside to cool
Add the Isle of Harris Gin to a tumbler, along with the cooled tea, sugar syrup and lemon juice
Add a squeeze of grapefruit and a generous handful of ice cubes and crushed ice
Top up with cloudy lemonade and give everything a good stir
Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary
