With temperatures set to rise again this week, why not try making the M&S La Dame en ‘Frosé’?

The recipe uses the supermarket's La Dame en Rose wine and requires only five ingredients: La Dame en Rose, lemon, sugar, vodka and berries.

Ingredients

  • 500ml La Dame en Rose
  • 25ml vodka
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Handful of seasonal berries

Method

To make the frosé…

Freeze 500ml of M&S La Dame en Rose for 4-6 hours.

In a separate container add 1 shot of vodka, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp sugar and mix.

Spoon the frozen La Dame en Rose into a blender along with a handful of your chosen berries.

Blend the frozen rosé and berries along with the lemon, sugar and vodka until smooth.

Decant into a glass with a sugar rim and garnish with a slice of lemon.
