Dominic Jack recipe: Hogmanay cocktail

Dominic Jack has created this wonderful recipe for a Hogmanay cocktail - Cranberry, ginger and cinnamon

Add all of the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (ie with no ice).

Then add ice and shake again to get a foam-like consistency

Pass through a fine sieve, pouring the liquid into a glass.

Garnish with a cranberry and candied ginger on a cocktail stick and balance across the glass.

  • Makes one cocktail
  • 35ml North Berwick Citrus Vodka
  • 15ml Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • 10ml cinnamon syrup
  • 10ml ginger syrup
  • 30ml cranberry juice
  • 15ml egg white
  • To garnish
  • 1 cranberry
  • 1 piece of candied ginger
  • cocktail stick
