Taking place from 16 to 17 July, rum fans can look forward to panel discussions, Q&As, cocktail masterclasses, food pairings, cookery demonstrations and talks from some of Scotland's leading rum producers.
Last year saw spokespeople from big names such as BrewDog and the Glasgow Distillery join to chat through their rums, alongside smaller producers such as Ninefold Distillery, Orkney's J. Gow and Sugar House Rum.
Posting on their site, the festival team said: "The Scottish Rum Festival is back for its second year!
"Whether you’re a rum newcomer or seasoned connoisseur, The Scottish Rum Festival is this summer’s unmissable drinks event.
"Explore the very best of Scotland’s rich rum heritage and the exciting explosion of the nation’s emerging rum scene.
"This virtual showcase will feature an incredible selection of premier rum brands from all over the country, with tastings and masterclasses from the distilleries and independent bottlers that have put Scotland firmly on the rum map."
This year there are two tasting kits that can be ordered for home delivery - a premium white and cask aged rum kit and a premium spiced and flavoured rum kit.
Both kits contain 10 x 30ml rum samples, a branded Glencairn tasting glass and access to the virtual event.
Prices are from £38.95 and tickets can be bought here.
