Start the weekend early with this easy to make cocktail from Checkpoint Edinburgh's latest cocktail menu. The spiced and herby creation, served over ice and with the added soda will be an ideal summer drink

Ingredients

  • 50ml Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
  • 25ml Home Made Smoked Chai Syrup
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • A couple drops of Peychaud Bitters
  • Dash of Soda

Method

1.Shake all ingredients except the soda over ice.

2.Single strain into an old fashioned glass.

3.Top with soda for fizz and garnish with a twist of lemon.
