As soon as guests arrive it’s nice to serve a cocktail to set the evening off on the right foot. This festive cranberry, ginger and cinnamon cocktail marries perfectly with the roe deer pithivier. The bold colours look great in the glass and the subtle festive flavours are warm with just the right combination of sweet and spice. Happy New Year.
