What is it?
A street food focused market with nine food traders, a beer bar, wine bar and spirit bar. Street food is enjoying an astronomical expansion throughout the UK's major cities. Edinburgh has a great selection but they are spread across the city and miss out on evening trade. 'the pitt' is a street food venture set up by a number of Edinburgh's street food vendors as a unique dining venue and host to some of the best street food traders from across Scotland. In addition, there will be an opportunity for local brewers, distillers and businesses to get involved.

Where?
Based at 125 Pitt Street between Leith and Newhaven, the unique venue is semi-covered industrial land that will blend perfectly with the high calibre of food at great value.

When?
Christmas @ the pitt on 12th December will be the pre-launch to a regular event which will run every Saturday from late Spring through to the end of the summer. Open from 12-10pm, there are few places in Scotland where you can enjoy such diverse food in such a unique venue.
