The world's first hangover bar has opened and before you can get in, you'll be breathalysed to ensure you have alcohol in your system.

The bar, which opened in Amsterdam, is only open on weekends and has everything your hangover needs, from a comfy bed to an oxygen bar and even a masseuse.

The only thing you won't find though, is the hair of the dog, because the pop-up bar is alcohol-free, though it does serve vitamin-boosting smoothies and offers a fresh water fountain.

You'll be breathalysed by one of the 'hangover inspectors' to check you have been drinking, before gaining access to the innovative bar, which has been converted into a 'green oasis' with each bed boasting its own television.

Joep Verbunt, one of the brains behind the bar, said: "Most people share the opinion that the day after a night out is somewhat less successful.

"To overcome a hangover there are a few things you need: a good mattress, good food, fun and lots of vitamins.

"In the Hangover Bar all these elements are brought together for the first time."

Worse for wear revellers can indulge in a special food menu created by Foodora.

The bar is open from Friday to Sunday, between 10am and 6pm and we are afraid you'll have to bring your own Irn-Bru.
