Three of Pernod Ricard's award-winning gin brands have recently been brought under one roof to become The Gin Hub

This new, stand-alone Gin Hub brings three gin brands – Plymouth Gin, Beefeater and Seagrams American Gin – with the hope of further growing the burgeoning gin market.

Spearheaded by industry expert Sophie Gallois, who brings a wealth of global brand and market experience from her previous role as Marketing Director of Chivas Brothers.

Commenting on the launch of The Gin Hub, Sophie Gallois, Managing Director of The Gin Hub, said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time in the industry; the category is booming and we are eager to build on the strong, pioneering heritage of our renowned gins.

“Aptly named The Gin Hub, we are creating a foundation from which our world class expertise, innovation and ideas can truly thrive. It will be an axis around which revolves gin thinking, appreciation, imagination and of course, brands.

Chivas Brothers’ core central functions will continue to provide the ’backbone’ to The Gin Hub.

Reporting to Laurent Lacassagne, Chairman and CEO of Chivas Brothers, Sophie Gallois has been tasked with taking it forward as a standalone entity that will move quickly and nimbly to meet the opportunity that the gin category has to offer.
