Chef Paul Wedgwood owns the award winning restaurant Wedgwood the Restaurant in the Canongate, Royal Mile Edinburgh, with his wife Lisa.
The restaurant was voted Best Place to Eat outside London in August this year at the Food and Travel Awards.
